222 Dulling/Suede Additive can be used to reduce surface gloss in most plastisol inks or to create a suede efffect. This product can be used with Internaitonal Coatings Ink Lines 700, 1100, 7500, 7600
Directions:
To eliminate gloss add 2% by weight of 222 Dulling/Suede Additive to ink
To create a suede effect add 10-15% by weight of 222 Dulling/Suede Additive to ink
Recommended Fabrics:
100% Cotton and some cotton/poly blends.
Screen Mesh and Emulsion:
Mesh is determined by ink being used
Any direct or indirect lacquer proof emulsion.
Use 35-80 micron capillary film for best results.
Squeegee:
60-70 Durometer, sharp or beveled edge.
Cure Temperature:
N/A Determined by ink the additive is mixed with
Test dryer temperatures and wash test printed product before and during a production run.
Clean-Up:
Any environmentally friendly plastisol screen wash.
Storage:
Recommended storage of ink containers is 65°F to 90°F. Avoid storage in direct sunlight and keep containers well sealed.
